Help with Blip — the app that turns your commute into real, in-person professional connections.
Blip shows you the professionals riding with you — by role and company, never by name. Send a Blip; if you both do, a private anonymous chat opens. You reveal names only when you both choose.
You're a signal, not a name. Names and faces appear only after a mutual reveal, a "no" is invisible, and you can go invisible anytime. Your exact location is never shared. You can report or block anyone in a chat.
Open the You tab and turn off "On the radar." No one can detect you until you turn it back on.
In any chat, tap the ••• menu and choose Report or Block. We review reports promptly and act on policy violations.
Email support@blip.app from your account address and we'll delete your account and data within 30 days.
Blip's precise "point to connect" needs an iPhone with the U1/U2 ultra-wideband chip (iPhone 11 and later, excluding the iPhone SE). Other features work more broadly.
